South's highest grossing films
KGF movie superstar Yash earned a lot in both the KGF movies, his KGF 2 movie grossed around Rs 872 crores.
Rajamouli's film RRR also made a lot of noise at the box office, this film had earned about 784 crores.
Aishwarya Rai's South film Ponniyin Selvan directed by Mani Ratnam, that film also earned around Rs 278 crores.
Another South film Vikram was released which was made with a budget of Rs 115 crores, that film earned Rs 255 crores.
Another South film Kantara came, which was made by Rishabh Shetty in a budget of 15 crores, that film earned about 305 crores.
